SOWING Pepper seeds should be planted 8-10 weeks before the last frost date. Plant three seeds per container ¼ in deep. Water your seeds to the point of dampness but not saturation. Keep your seeds in a room at least 70°F. Pepper seeds require warmth to germinate.
